Facebook Launches Facebook Business Suite to Manage Small Businesses Online

The new social network solution will give small business owners a single interface to manage their pages, profiles and advertisements, including scheduling or amplifying their posts on Facebook and Instagram.

Facebook introduced ‘Facebook Business Suite’, a new interface for users to manage their small businesses on Facebook and Instagram.

“With fewer customers entering stores and restaurants during the pandemic, small businesses have had to find new ways to sell and reach customers online,” wrote Sheryl Sandberg, COO, Facebook in a blog post.

The new social network solution will give small business owners a single interface to manage their pages, profiles and advertisements, including scheduling or amplifying their posts on Facebook and Instagram.

Business owners will also be able to manage and receive all of their business related messages, notifications and alerts in one place. The new interface can also be used to assess their activity with access to information about the pages and ad accounts they operate on both platforms.

Globally, small businesses can now use Facebook Business Suite, and it will expand to larger businesses next year. Over time, it will be available to businesses of all sizes that use Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp, Facebook noted in a blog post.
